Here they will examine how Barcelona has succeeded in repositioning itself as an emerging player in the global economy.
Organized by two of the world's leading research institutions (the London School of Economics and the Brookings Institution in Washington DC), along with Deutsche Bank's Alfred Herrhausen Society, the Global Metro Summit will be attended by more than 500 delegates from the USA and the rest of the world.
