To enable job seekers to improve their professional potential and their adaptation to the current job market, and to promote employment in the city. This is the goal of the City of Barcelona's new Jobs portal. The Jobs website is divided into three main areas (individual, market, and tools), following the recommended route for job hunting.
The new website includes more than 800 professional profiles identified in 24 sectors with employment potential, offers more than 150 multimedia resources and interactive tools available so far to assess professional potential and simulate job interviews, and allows real-time access to over 6,000 job vacancies in the city.
